Ilhan Omar deletes Juneteenth X post after being humiliated for covering up for modern-day slavery in Somalia
Ilhan Omar posted a Juneteenth commemoration on X — only to be exposed, once again, as a fraud, hate-monger, and ingrate.
In response to her post, pledging to “continue the work to root out systematic racism from our policies and institutions,” another user pointed out that Omar’s native Somalia is still rife with slavery.
According to the Walk Free Foundation’s Global Slavery Index, 98,000 Somalis “experienced forced labour or forced marriage” as of 2021, with “6.2 in every thousand people” enslaved in some fashion.
A bested Omar, who recently whined that the country she supposedly serves as a congresswoman is “turning into one of the worst countries on earth,” was forced to back down and delete the post.
Omar’s performative, bigoted hypocrisy is not new. Anti-American race grifters — all of whom are proud Jew-haters — have consistently highlighted America’s history of slavery and racial inequality instead of combatting present-day atrocities against living Africans. Simply put, white Americans having owned African slaves more than a century ago is intolerable, but African Muslims owning other African Muslims as slaves today is apparently not so.
Interestingly, while Omar identifies as black in the United States, Somalia is listed as among the 22 Arab states — in fact, as part of the Arab League. Meaning that Somalis, who appear “black” to Americans, have so embraced their Arab conquerors’ anti-black racism that they identify as Arabs themselves.
With these facts in mind, Ilhan Omar is actually an Arab covering up for her own homeland’s racism and human rights abuses while attacking the country which welcomed her.
