WATCH: America’s Jews and Their Failed Leaders with Charles Jacobs
Watch Dr. Charles Jacobs’ presentation on the declining state of American Jewry and its failing Jewish leadership
Jacobs (see bio below) whose various organizations have been fighting the external enemies of the Jewish community for decades — the media, the professoriate, Farrakhan, leftist anti-Zionists, cowardly campus administrators, radical Islamists, biased high school curricula, etc. — announces a pivot: “We cannot prevail with weak Jewish leadership.”
He asks proud Jews to join a nationwide effort to challenge Jewish leadership. Watch the video here.
Dr. Jacobs is an activist, journalist, founder and co-founder of pro-Jewish and human rights organizations including the Boston branch of CAMERA (the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America), the American Anti-Slavery Group, the David Project, and Americans for Peace and Tolerance. In 2000, he received the Boston Freedom Award from Coretta Scott King for helping redeem hundreds of African slaves from jihadists in Sudan. He had flown illegally into that war-torn country three times to help with the liberation of slaves. In 2007, he was named among America’s top-50 Jewish leaders by The Forward.
Charles has been widely published, including in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, The Jerusalem Post, and the Encyclopedia Britannica. He has appeared on local and national television and radio, including NBC, CBS, NPR, CNN, and PBS.
